We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with a background in civil engineering to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in taking off quantities from drawings and have a strong understanding of construction principles. This role requires excellent command of the English language and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Analyze and interpret construction drawings to take off quantities accurately.
2- Prepare detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs for various construction projects.
3- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects.
4- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to compile and present data effectively.
5- Communicate clearly and efficiently with team members and clients.
6- Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD
Requirements:
1- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2- Proven experience in quantity takeoff from construction drawings.
3- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
4- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
5- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during late hours.
Benefits:
