Deliverables of HR Manager:

1.⁠ ⁠Talent acquisition; identify the right staff (salesmen, Assistant Store Manager, and Store Manager), keeping in view the present retail market (salaries, benefits, etc.) to achieve employee retention.                

2.⁠ ⁠Develop HR policies i.e. Attendance, Grooming, benefits, loyalty, penalty, and control.

3.⁠ ⁠Employee Training and development.

4.⁠ ⁠Employee Engagement.

5.⁠ ⁠Development of KPIs and incentives. Periodic monitoring and control of KPIs for continuous improvements.

6.⁠ ⁠Linking KPIs with the overall growth strategy of the organization.

7. Implementation for ERP HR/PAYROLL module with Biometric attendance at multiple sites.
