KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation campaigns in the home service business niche.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to make informed decisions about media placements, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Negotiate rates and manage relationships with media vendors.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including copywriters and designers, to develop effective ad creative.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve campaign performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in media buying, with a focus on lead generation ads.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Experience working in the home service business niche.
  • In-depth knowledge of various ad platforms, including Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with media vendors and internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Ability to work US hours
