Responsibilities

Maintain the confidentiality of all data records while enhancing data integrity through consistent verification processes.
Perform data verification and validation tasks to identify and rectify any discrepancies, ensuring high-quality data standards.
Generate comprehensive reports, summaries, and spreadsheets as required, assisting in data-driven decision-making.
Assist in organizing and maintaining efficient digital filing systems, making information retrieval straightforward and organized.
Manage routine correspondence through email and written communication, establishing effective communication channels.
Support the administrative team in maintaining documentation and office records by providing timely assistance and gathering necessary materials.
Perform basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks, aiding in financial accuracy and operational processes.
Participate in ongoing training and learning processes to enhance your data entry skills and become proficient in required software.
