The key roll to plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and device ways to streamline processes.
The various duties, tasks and responsibilities as below
- Working under supervision of senior management regarding sales & support
- Managing & overseeing hiring processes for corporate department
- Managing revenue forecasting & Base
- End to end responsibilities (screening of resumes, shortlisting as per JD,s conducting panel/Mess interviews, orientation of new hired employees in corporate department
- Conducting team building activities among the corporate department
- Managing and reporting sales pipeline for corporate customers
- Maintain revenue booking on a monthly basis reporting receivable analysis on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually
- Receivable follow up with sales Team and customers related to corporate
- Sales team targets and achievement reports on monthly /quarterly basis.
- Reporting revenue of all segments
- Looking after administration of corporate department
- Maintenance of the calendar of sales team & senior management regarding internal meetings, sessions & workshops
- Managed schedules & deadlines monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Organize & supervise other office activities
