Key Responsiblities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of inbound associates to meet operational goals.
• Conduct daily team briefings to align on priorities, tasks, and performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance.
2. Inbound Operations Oversight:
• Manage the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all inbound shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for efficient stock management.
3. Performance Monitoring:
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
4. Quality and Safety Assurance:
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits of inbound processes to maintain high quality and operational efficiency.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve any issues in the inbound process.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Operations Manager.
6. Problem-Solving and Process Improvement:
• Identify bottlenecks in the inbound process and implement process improvements.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
