Organization has a next-generation modern Core Banking Platform. It has been built with a scalable cloud-native micro-services architecture and interfaces seamlessly with other systems and fintech solutions, while providing immediate transaction handling and data analysis for faster decision-making.
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of hands-on professional experience.
- Experience in any JVM language such as Java, Scala or Kotlin
- Experience with Spring Boot and related frameworks
- Familiarity with Microservices Architecture and Microservice Design Patterns
- Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose
- Experience in working with SQL compliant relational databases such as Postgresql or mySQL
- Comfortable with git and git based platforms such as github, gitlab or bitbucket
- Experience with messaging and streaming systems such as Pulsar, Kafka and/or rabbitmq
- Experience with Kubernetes and/or other container orchestration frameworks
- Configuring CI/CD pipelines in GitHub, bitbucket or Jenkins
- Experience in writing automated test cases
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster their professional growth and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top engineering talent, ensuring a diverse and high-performing team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and growth for team members.
Good-to-have:
- Experience with gRPC and Protobuf
- Experience in building financial products
- Experience with any public cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP)Location ( Lahore on-site)
