Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for BPO roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for customer service, technical support, sales, and other BPO-related roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements, culture fit, and BPO industry standards.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job descriptions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs and ensure a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events to expand the candidate pool.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws during the hiring process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in BPO recruitment or high-volume hiring.
  • Strong understanding of BPO roles, including customer service, sales, and technical support positions.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent sourcing skills, with proficiency in LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills to identify the right talent quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices related to recruitment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
