Assist with day-to-day HR operations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare HR documents like employment contracts and new hire guides.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (e.g., absences, leaves, bonuses).
Help organize training and development sessions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Intern, or relevant administrative role.
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
