We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing client communications, handling client interactions via WhatsApp, social media platforms, and calls. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A strong command of the English language is essential to ensure clear and effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing client calls, ensuring prompt responses and professional communication.
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns on WhatsApp and other social media channels, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service to meet their needs and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and communicate solutions effectively to clients.
  • Track client interactions and ensure all conversations and requests are logged and followed up appropriately.
  • Assist in developing customer service protocols and improvements based on client feedback.
  • Provide regular reports on client interactions and feedback to the management team.
  • Represent the company in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring the client experience aligns with the company’s standards and values.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer relations or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
  • Experience in managing client interactions on WhatsApp, social media, and over the phone.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude with excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in English with excellent command of both verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in using social media and WhatsApp for business communications.
  • Experience in client relationship management or customer service roles.
  • A customer centric approach with a strong focus on providing value.
