Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, ensuring a prompt and effective response.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are fully met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and changes in services to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate or equivalent, Bachelor's degree is plus
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • 6 Days a week (Saturday to Thursday)
