Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and monthly reports.
- Handle invoice processing, and expense tracking, and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accounting software.
- Regularly reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Contribute to budget creation and financial forecasting.
- Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Develop and execute effective audit programs.
- Spot financial inconsistencies and suggest corrective measures.
- Report on audit findings and propose enhancements to policies and procedures.
- Set up and maintain accounting systems.
- Oversee the general ledger\'s master data.
- Authorize and process online banking transactions.
- Ensure timely filing of corporate tax returns and maintain full tax compliance.
- Draft the annual expense budget.
Qualifications: Master or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, 3-4 years of experience in finance.
