This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Lahore. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online support to customers as well as ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving their queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and friendly manner. The Customer Support Executive will also be responsible for recording and updating customer information, identifying customer needs, and providing feedback to management.
