We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry and possess strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage financial reporting, Tax and compliance.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team.
Qualifications:
• Master in Managment Secines / CA (Chartered Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial role within a real estate group or project.
