We are seeking a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to join our team. The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office, assisting staff with basic administrative tasks, and providing support services to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, kitchen, and washrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle basic office errands such as document delivery, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and notify management for replenishment.
Support administrative staff with minor tasks as required.
Manage couriers, mail, and other deliveries.
Ensure a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment for all employees and guests.
Requirements:
Minimum education: Matriculation (preferred)
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Polite, well-mannered, and presentable
Honest, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Good communication skills
