We are seeking a dedicated "Field Supervisor - OFC" responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of optical projects to ensure top-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1- Planning and Coordination:

Develop comprehensive project plans for the deployment and maintenance oF long-haul optical fiber networks.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.

2- Physical Surveys:

Conduct detailed site surveys to assess the feasibility of network routes and installation plans.
Identify potential challenges and develop solutions to mitigate risks associated with physical deployment.

3- Network Deployment:

Oversee the installation and commissioning of optical fiber infrastructure,including conduits, cables, and equipment.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices for network installation and performance.

4- Supervision and Operations:

Supervise and lead a team of technicians and engineers in daily operations and maintenance tasks.
Monitor network performance and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and optimize network efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure network reliability and longevity.

5- Routine Works and Maintenance:

Develop and implement standard operating procedures for routine
maintenance and emergency repairs.
Coordinate and supervise repair activities to minimize downtime and service
disruptions.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities for future
reference and compliance purposes.
