We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and post customer payments to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable on a regular basis and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and manage collections efforts.
  • Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve billing issues.
  • Prepare and analyze aging reports to assess the status of accounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum B.Com or ACCA with 11 papers cleared.
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
