Senior Sales Manager / Branch Manager

We are looking for a driven Senior Sales Manager / Branch Manager to lead our Lahore Branch, and help us continue to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve top performance.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, presenting them to senior management.
Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Meet goals and metrics and report on them regularly to senior management.
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Branch Manager, preferably in Skilled / Business Immigration Industry.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
