Making outbound calls.
Contacting potential and existing customers to sell services
Using existing job portals with real time jobs and subcontracting these to 3rd party companies and managing the process.
Answering calls: Answering customer phone calls, including those responding to direct marketing or advertising campaigns.
Managing and introducing new customer accounts: Maintaining good relationships with customers, and reminding them to book with One10.
Generating leads: Establishing interest in future sales, and analyzing past data to target customers
Providing support: Troubleshooting problems customers have with services, and offering support when necessary.
Keeping records: Recording calls to facilitate future sales, and producing sales reports
Negotiating discounts: Highlighting special offers and negotiating discounts
Answering questions: Answering questions about services of the company.

Essential Skills:

A good understanding of the product features.
Strong negotiation skills
Outstanding time management skills
Must be fluent in English both spoken and written.
Ability to improvise and use initiative to coup sales.
We require an individual who is able to think outside the box and derive leads and sales on their own accord.
Must have own Laptop/ Desktop and a stable internet connection and phone line Experience.
Must have previous business experience.
Previous sales experience with a track record of success min 2 years.
