Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive engagement and increase followers.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.
- Design, develop, and maintain our company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
