• Prepare and report feasibility studies for activities (PET. ROI analysis for sales and marketing activities).
  • Support and control sales activities to ensure Trade Marketing spend creates equity & contributes to business.
  • Manage portfolio mix to deliver required profit.
  • Follow up of the cost-saving project together with the costing department in the operations department.
  • Pricing analysis and identifying opportunities.
  • Work to identify product and/or customer specific opportunities.
  • Ensure sales force effectiveness, Primary/ Secondary analysis/ Risk Management Planning
  • Active Participation in the budget and forecast process and reporting
  • Participation of S&OP meetings and active input to the decisions and giving a financial perspective to the decision making process.
  • Coordinate with sales Coordinator for timely & accurately creation of sales orders.
  • Supervise Coordination between sales coordinator and logistic team for timely & accurate creation of delivery challans in ERP.
  • Review sales invoices created against delivery challans for correctness of product prices & SKUs
  • Review sales invoices created against delivery challans for correctness of applicable sales tax rates (both for registered & un-registered customers)
  • Ensuring that invoices are delivered to customers timely (for institutional customers manual sales invoices would be delivered)
  • Review customer reconciliations.
  • Analyze gross margins with respect to SKUs / Customers.
  • Prepare and evaluate pricing strategies with respect to products / Customers
  • Analyze sales trend with respect to brand, category, locations &customer.
  • Support Finance Manager efforts for implementing and maintaining internal controls
  • Weekly reviewing of customer aging reports and monitoring overdue from customers including institutions
  • Monitor and ensure achievement of DSO day targets
  • Following up with customers &Ontex sales team about timely collection against sales invoices
  • Sharing customer overdue status with Customers & Sales Team on weekly basis
  • Managing dispatches considering the Credit Limits of the Customers
  • Prepare and evaluate Trade Promotion strategies
  • Prepare and evaluate Trade Schemes
  • Monitor and manage Trade Budget
  • Analyze ROl of Distributors.
  • Respect OHS rules and instructions
