• Prepare and lead the Account negotiations, escalating when relevant.
  • Build the action plan to achieve targets.
  • Ensure its execution and tracking down to store level and sell out. Suggest plan adaptation when needed.
  •   Execute agreed sales strategy for assigned key accounts to achieve business targets by effectively managing in-store sales team and sales executives.
  • Ensure compliance of agreed contract terms in assigned accounts, highlight deviation and ensure correction.
  •  Monitor stock replenishment, display allocation, product placements and promotional product placements.
  •   Monitor and ensure payment collections from assigned key accounts with respect to the agreements signed.
  • Prepare budget & forecasting for assigned key accounts with respect to the sales trend and seasons ahead as per mutually signed agreements.
  •  Plan and execute campaigns in collaboration with marketing team & commercial finance.

  •  Prepare itinerary (self & team) in terms of store visits, relationship building, analysis, merchandizing, consumer promotions discussions, competition monitoring etc.
  •  Makes a monthly performance report by analyzing marketing activities and variances, as well as initiating corrective actions.

Job Requirements

  • A University Graduation e.g. Commerce / Marketing / Business Administration, preferably an MBA
  •  Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position and relevant market
