Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the Trust account balance is maintained as per customer Wallet Balances 
  • Transactional Reconciliation & Settlements of all 1-Link transactions including complaint management 
  • Reconciliation of Settlement account. 
  • Ensuring timely settlement of disputed claims lodged on SDRS system to avoid Force Debit 
  • Ensuring proactively settlements of IBFT's, Cash withdrawals, UPB's Top-up, POS disputed transactions 
  • Coordinating with internal or external teams for any disputes or queries.
