Orbit is seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Service Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support in a timely manner.
  • Manage and respond to client inquiries through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Utilize CRM software and other client communication tools to track interactions, manage client accounts, and document issues for future reference.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing relevant solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Stay updated with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
  • Participate in team meetings to share client feedback and contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and service requests for future reference and compliance purposes.
