You will:

Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that enhance our brand’s presence and engagement across various platforms.
Manage our content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality articles, blogs, and multimedia that align with our strategic goals.
Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and increase reach and impact.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce compelling and educational content that captivates our audience.
Oversee and mentor a team of talented writers and contributors, fostering a creative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in content creation, particularly in a role involving content management and strategy, preferably within the outdoor, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills are crucial. You should be able to craft engaging and persuasive content that appeals to our outdoor-loving audience.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and digital campaigns. Proficiency in utilizing data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve content engagement and reach.
Creativity and Innovation: A creative mindset with the ability to devise innovative content strategies that align with our brand’s goals and resonate with our audience.
Project Management: Capable of managing multiple content projects simultaneously while maintaining strict deadlines and high-quality standards.
