Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and evolve user interfaces for the brands ecommerce platforms, ensuring a visually cohesive and intuitive shopping experience across web and mobile.
Evaluate and optimize UX flows through user research, usability testing, analytics, and performance metrics to drive higher engagement and conversion.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure consistency of brand experience across digital touchpoints.
Advocate for the end-user while balancing business goals, using empathy and design thinking to inform feature prioritization and interface design.
Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
Stay up to date with emerging trends in UI/UX, fashion ecommerce, and digital retail, proposing actionable design enhancements to remain competitive.
Translate business objectives and product requirements into design strategies that elevate the online shopping experience.
Maintain a comprehensive UI component library and enforce consistent use of design systems and style guides across products.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio demonstrating impactful design for ecommerce or retail platforms.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate them into elegant, scalable digital experiences.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and a strong understanding of responsive design best practices.
Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative user data to drive design decisions.
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with ecommerce KPIs and how design influences business metrics such as conversion rate, bounce rate, and customer satisfaction.
A passion for fashion and awareness of digital trends in the online retail space.
