We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic call center team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify and resolve customer issues using the computer system
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Follow-up on customer complaints
  • Enter tracking and coding information accurately
  • Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys
  • Receivables Recovery and Follow-up calls
  • Social Media Handling
  • Email Support

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any field.
  • Ability to handle pressure with empathy
  • Should be flexible with the timings
  • Fluency in English with a neutral accent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of contact center experience required
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications and the ability to type 30 wpm
  • Should be flexible to work in different shift timings 24/7

  • Gross Salary Range is Rs. 28,000/- per month Plus 4,000 KPI, inclusive of all allowances.
