1.1.    Participate in relevant PAAPAM Committees upon invitation.

1.2.  Handling and maintaining a proper database of all PAAPAM Members.  And assisting new incoming members regarding the membership procedure, providing support to them in complete procedure, compiling survey of incoming companies and takin approval on their membership case.

1.3.  Assisting and providing support to Secretary General in Legal and Compliance tasks and matters.

1.4.  Assistant and providing support to PAAPAM delegations and fairs.

1.5.    Assisting with promotional activities such as sales and marketing via phone calls, personal visits etc., creating a strong liaison with PAAPAM member companies.  

1.6.    Prepare reports on symposia, and manage documents related to invitations, timetables, budgets etc.

1.7.    Visiting different academic institutions such as Beaconhouse National University Tarogil Campus, UET, UMT and STEP Institute etc. 

1.8.    Direct, plan and coordinate marketing efforts with PAPS and Symposium team regarding PSDC; identify locations and seating, lounging and branding plans for PSDC's activities and regarding Symposium such as leads. Manage invitations monitor the progress and keep the higher-ups informed about the progress on coordination, planning and logistics for the events.      

1.9.    Comparing and constructing Sales & Production figures from PAMA's website.                                                        

1.10. Marketing and executing events of PSDC and PAAPAM such as sittings arranged with commercial counselors, SMEDA officials, representatives of UNIDO for the establishment of Technical Support Center, TSP's workshop and various seminars.     

1.11. Regulating PAAPAM’s newsletter from North side by identifying list of events.  

1.12. Understanding and developing budgets for PSDC’s activities.                              

1.13. General office responsibilities such as coordinating every task at hand if need be i.e., while managing seminars; providing assistance, assuring payments are made at the desk, meeting instructor's requirement, taking pictures during meeting/event, managing and safe keeping office supplies and inventory.

1.14. Maintaining a marketing database, including new members, excluding inactive entrants, updated contact details and sector-wise segregation etc. 

1.15. Providing administrative support to conduct PSDC’s activities (Innovation Awards, Sculpture Awards and Live Drawing Awards)  and PAAAPAM Symposium. 

1.16. Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents including invitation letters to country officials, visa invitations for overseas visitors and feedback forms, and judgment criteria for PSDC’s various activities.

1.17. Liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies i.e., Event Manager besides Government and other organizations such as SMEDA, UET, University of the Punjab etc.

1.18. Building awareness through a strong social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence of all PSDC's activities on Facebook, LinkedIn etc.

1.19. Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.

1.20. Deploying a suitable strategy for SEO to increase customer range for members.

1.21. Facilitating all meeting related activities i.e. multi-media setup, IT support etc.

1.22. To ensure coordination amongst CMS team members for effective implementation and compliance to CMS.
