- Responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operational matter of the shopping mall, including facilities, services, and staff.
- Oversee the maintenance of systems (e.g., electrical, HVAC, escalators).
- Address tenant concerns, manage leases, and ensure compliance with mall policies.
- Ensure the mall remains clean, safe, and fully operational through routine inspections and timely repairs.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure the safety of visitors, tenants and clients.
- Prepare monthly budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational costs.
- Supervise operational teams (security, maintenance, janitorial) and organize training programs.
- Enhance customer experience by coordinating with marketing teams on events and promotions.
- Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure the timely recovery of shop and offices rents, as well as service charges on a monthly basis.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, and align marketing initiatives with sales activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date rental records for shops and offices.
