We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating compelling and visually effective designs for packaging, labels, product displays, and promotional materials. You will work closely with the product development, marketing, and production teams to ensure that designs meet the branding, regulatory, and functional requirements of the packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create eye-catching and functional packaging designs for a wide range of products.
Develop labels, product inserts, and promotional packaging materials in line with brand guidelines.
Work with the sales and marketing and product teams to understand design needs and requirements for new product packaging.
Ensure all packaging designs comply with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
Create mockups, prototypes, and final packaging designs for print and digital production.
Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure the final design is accurately produced.
Revise and update packaging designs based on client feedback and market trends.
Manage multiple packaging design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Maintain brand consistency across all packaging designs and materials.
Create 3D mockups of packaging designs to visualize the final product.
Keep up to date with the latest design trends, packaging innovations, and technological advancements in packaging design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the packaging or related industries.
Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, label, and promotional design work.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of packaging design processes, materials, and printing techniques.
Understanding of packaging regulations, including labeling requirements and sustainability considerations.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when designing for print production.
Strong creative and conceptual skills, with the ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and functional.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
Experience in packaging mockups and visualizations is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Previous experience in the packaging industry or product design is highly preferred.
Familiarity with dielines, folding carton design, flexible packaging, and other industry-specific production techniques.
Knowledge of packaging sustainability and eco-friendly design options is a plus.
