We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to manage file records efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Proficiently create and edit documents using Microsoft Word.
Develop and analyze data using Microsoft Excel, including maintaining spreadsheets and records.
Design engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Maintain organized file records and ensure easy retrieval of documents.
Prepare accurate quotations and invoices as needed.
Follow up with staff and management to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Assist with various administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum educational qualification: Intermediate (12th grade).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
