Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation, review, and updating of HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring smooth processes in employee management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Manage and resolve employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Lead and implement organizational development strategies to improve employee performance.
- Develop and execute employee training and development programs to enhance skills and improve engagement.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Build the company culture and set up a cultural communication bridge in the company.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding processes in alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure all HR documentation, including contracts and job descriptions, is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
- 8+ years of experience in HR.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Proven experience in developing HR manuals.
- Ability to lead initiatives and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Outgoing, with artistic talents, possessing cross-cultural management experience, skilled at organizing cross-cultural activities, and committed to promoting cultural integration between China and Pakistan.
