This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer at Pak Matiari-Lahore Transmission Company (Pvt) Ltd. located in DHA, Lahore. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls, performing receptionist duties and providing excellent customer service. In addition, the Front Desk Officer will use their clerical skills and amicable personality to successfully fulfill the job responsibilities of this role:
Job Responsibilities:
1-Meet and greet visitors by welcoming them and directing them to the appropriate person / office.
2-Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and route them to concerned person / department.
3-Take messages for employees as and when required.
4-Maintain the PABX / phone system and official voicemail.
5-Facilitate the official mail management and distribution.
6-Keep the front desk organized and presentable.
7-Manage all visitor's access and maintain a visitor sheet.
8-Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying and faxing.
9-Prepare reports, enter data and maintain employee records in HRMIS.
10-Facilitate HR and Admin Department on any special projects assigned from time to time.
Qualification:
1-Intermediate / Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
2-Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
3-Experience in receptionist duties and customer services
4-Proficient in clerical skills and administrative tasks
5-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
6-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
7-Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
8-Prior experience in the power transmission industry is a plus
