You will be responsible for both driving sales and enhancing our online presence. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build relationships with customers, generate leads, and promote our products/services across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily social media activities (posting, responding to inquiries, etc.) across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, blog posts, etc.) that reflects the company’s voice and values.
- Monitor social media trends and stay updated with platform changes.
- Respond to customer comments and messages on social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and update the sales database with client information.
- Follow up on leads and sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in both sales and social media management is a plus.
- Knowledge of online advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
