We are seeking a dedicated and creative Admin & Support Officer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, organizing files, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with data entry, documentation, and reporting as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients, vendors, and staff.
  • Maintain website data & tracking of orders.
  • Prepare a social media schedule & Calendar. 
  • Assist in project management by tracking timelines and deliverables.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Provide online support to customers with queries on phone calls or emails. 
  • Contribute to confirming orders landing on the website or social media handles.
