As the Ecommerce Business Development Manager for Pakistan Cigar Club, you will spearhead the growth initiatives of our Shopify-based online store specializing in cigars and cigar accessories. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and effective marketing and sales efforts. Your responsibilities will involve meticulous planning combined with direct involvement in operations to ensure that our premium cigar selection, catering to both high-end consumers and those seeking affordable options, reaches a wide audienceparticularly in regions such as Pakistan where smoking is a prevalent culture. Additionally, you will lead a talented team of four, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and success in our business objectives.
Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and fuel revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute well-structured growth strategies that effectively balance the promotion of luxury and mass-market products.
  • Oversee and lead the planning and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales data to optimize marketing strategies and drive improved sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to enhance the efficiency of e-commerce processes on the Shopify platform, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Manage inventory oversight, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and coordination of logistics to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market analyses to identify emerging trends and insights that will inform and refine product positioning.
  • Monitor competitor activities and shifts in the marketplace to adapt strategies that safeguard our competitive edge.
