We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our client facility based in lahore. The ideal candidate will ensure the building is well-maintained, safe, and functional by coordinating maintenance, managing vendors, and optimizing office space. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently to meet the facility’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Management: Oversee routine facility inspections, maintenance, and repair requests to ensure a safe and functional environment.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., cleaning, security) and ensure services are provided on time and within budget.
  • Space Planning: Coordinate office layout adjustments, meeting room bookings, and other space-related requirements.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, conduct safety checks, and assist with implementing safety protocols.
  • Inventory & Supplies: Maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment, and furniture, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Budget Assistance: Track expenses related to facility management and assist with budgeting.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact for facility-related requests and updates within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum graduation, a degree in Facilities Management or related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with experience in facility maintenance and vendor management.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with facility management software is a plus.
