We are hiring a skilled Water System Technician – RO Plant to manage the operations and maintenance of the Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment system. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor the RO plant to ensure optimal performance and water quality.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of pumps, membranes, filters, valves, and pipelines.
  • Monitor and record key parameters such as TDS, pH, pressure, and flow rates.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and water quality issues within the RO system.
  • Perform chemical dosing, flushing, backwashing, and membrane cleaning procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with water quality standards and maintain accurate logs and reports.
  • Identify wear and tear and assist in the replacement of RO components as needed.
  • Respond promptly to system alarms and take corrective action to avoid downtime.

Job Requirements:

  • DAE (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) or equivalent technical qualification.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining RO Plants.
  • Understanding of water treatment processes, chemical handling, and safety protocols.
  • Basic knowledge of pumps, valves, electrical panels, and instrumentation.
  • Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.
