We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Managers to join our team in Gujranwala and Lahore. The ideal candidates will oversee sales projects, build strong client relationships, and contribute to achieving company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project-specific goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Monitor and report on project sales performance and progress.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Arts (B.A), or Electrical Engineering (B.S Electrical).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in project-based roles.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and project management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
