We seek an experienced and dynamic Business Training Specialist to join our Training and Coaching Department. This individual will train and mentor business owners, helping them improve their business operations with practical strategies, systems, and best practices. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of business functions, have excellent teaching abilities, and a passion for coaching and development.
This is a full-time, onsite position. Only candidates based in Karachi will be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging training and coaching sessions for business owners.
- Design, develop, and present training materials, presentations, and workshops.
- Analyze business challenges and offer tailored, actionable solutions.
- Assist clients in implementing effective business systems, strategies, and best practices.
- Track client progress and provide continuous guidance and support.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, business strategies, and coaching methodologies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience at the college or university level in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong passion for teaching and mentoring others.
- Certification in coaching or training (preferred, not mandatory).
- Experience in business coaching, consulting, or training is a plus.
