As a Python Developer specializing in AI voice agents, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated voice-based applications. You'll work closely with our AI and engineering teams to build scalable and reliable systems that enhance customer experience and streamline call center operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Python-based applications for AI voice agents and call center automation.
  • Integrate and implement speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies.
  • Design and implement natural language processing (NLP) solutions for conversational AI.
  • Build and maintain API integrations with telephony systems and CRM platforms.
  • Develop and optimize algorithms for voice recognition and intent detection.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues related to voice agent performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Proven experience in developing AI voice agents or related voice-based applications.
  • Experience with speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) APIs (e.g., Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, Amazon Polly).
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
  • Experience with API integrations and web services.
  • Familiarity with telephony systems and protocols (e.g., SIP, VoIP).
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with conversational AI frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow).    
  • Experience with call center automation technologies.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms for voice recognition and NLP.
  • Experience with building real-time applications.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
