Job Summary:

Peacock Supplies, a company specializing in designing and selling products for ethnic minorities' celebrations, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO. This is a remote position that requires excellent computer skills, expertise in Excel, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing tasks and activities efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment.

2. Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

4. Conduct research and compile information on various topics to support the CEO in decision-making and strategic planning.

5. Handle and prioritize incoming emails, messages, and phone calls, responding promptly and professionally when necessary.

6. Assist with data analysis and management using Excel, including creating spreadsheets, organizing data, and generating reports.

7. Support the CEO in preparing and coordinating meetings, including agenda creation, document distribution, and minute-taking.

8. Assist with organizing and coordinating special projects, events, and celebrations related to ethnic minorities' traditions.

9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with appropriate discretion.

10. Collaborate with other team members and departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

2. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

3. Excellent knowledge of Excel, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.

4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

5. High level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

9. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.

10. Experience or familiarity with ethnic minorities' celebrations and traditions is a plus.
