Essential Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Programme Officer OK, the Project Coordinator based in PAPK head office with regular visits to the project is expected to perform the following tasks.

  • Assist Sr. Programme Officer OK for the preparation of a detailed implementation plan of the project;
  • Prepare the project weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual narrative and others reports as required;
  • Responsible for outreach, identification of orphan children, provide facilitation in preparing documents required for admission in the project;
  • Keep close coordination with concerned districts’ line departments and administrations.
  • Highlight Penny Appeal at various forums in the district and region. Attend regular coordination meetings.
  • Visit to the project sites to collect data and information as per provided guidelines.
  • Keep close liaison and coordination with filed coordinators and concerned focal persons and provide timely support as and when required.
  • Will be primary responsible for collecting, reviewing, verifying, organizing and managing feedback pictures and data;
  • Understand PAPK Feedback standards and measures;
  • Ensure that relevant field coordinators/focal persons are ensuring minimum standards in feedback collection. (Pictures/videos) of the project.
  • Facilitate and ensure timely and smooth transfer of sponsorship amount to the beneficiaries.
  • Ensure the project compliances like beneficiaries' home and school visits and reports.
  • Submit visit findings, and report regularly.
  • Ensure beneficiaries and stakeholders safeguarding at every step of the project cycle.
  • Facilitate Local and national international staff visits, donors’ visits and support them in logistics, field visits and coordination with government and partners.
  • Facilitate PAPK media coverage teams in field, meetings with beneficiaries.
  • Collect success stories from the field and share these with the country office.
  • Keep a record of all expenses and submit invoices/bills to Main office/Line Manager for approval and record keeping.
  • Support the relevant teams through various administrative duties.
  • Perform any other activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Personal Specifications

  • University graduate.
  • Can Perform field activates in severe weather conditions with limited resources.
  • Can work individually with minimum supervision.
  • Proactive and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong team spirit with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic skills in data collection, management and/or analysis.
  • Able to travel in the field, especially to remote locations in a challenging environment.
  • Able to carry out 70% field activities and travel.
