We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with our business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will lead recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in marketing and web development.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Address employee grievances and conduct investigations when necessary.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.

3. Performance Management:

  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and employee development.

4. Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions relevant to marketing and web development.

5. Compliance and Policy Development:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

6. HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Analyze HR metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare reports for management on HR activities and employee performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the marketing or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
