If you passionate about building secure and efficient networks, then we have the perfect role for you! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security and compliance, storage and performance of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate unauthorized access, vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
Manage network operations and security using Cisco ACS application and other systems like Palo Alto firewalls, Dell, & Juniper switches.
Configure, deploy, and maintain Fortinet network switches to ensure network security and threat mitigation.
Implement and manage Kemp load balancers to optimize application performance and ensure high availability by distributing traffic efficiently across servers and data centers.
Manage QNAP NAS devices, including deployment, configuration, and integration.
Maintain familiarity with Compellent and Synology storage solutions.
Troubleshoot internal network and client connectivity issues including IDS/IPS, ACLs, NATs, SSL/TLS, and IPSec VPNs.
Test and validate backup systems, recovery procedures, and failover mechanisms to ensure business continuity.
Conduct network health reviews, perform capacity planning, and develop strategic plans for backups, firewalls, storage and servers.
Contribute to project plans, manage assigned projects, communicate status, and escalate critical issues.
Provide expert consultation and subject matter expertise for moderate to high-risk projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Network and System Administrator or a similar role.
Strong understanding of Networking principles, protocols, and technologies.
Hands-on experience managing network infrastructure with Cisco ACS (Access Control Server), and proficiency in deploying and configuring QNAP NAS (Network Attached Storage) devices.
Strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network and system issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
A professional certification will be an added advantage. (e.g, Cisco CCNA, CCPN, CompTIA Network+ etc.)
