What will you do?
We will equip you with the practical skills and experience you need to hit the ground running. Immerse yourself in a dynamic tech culture, tackle real-world projects, gain invaluable insights into project management from discovery to delivery of projects, and benefit from personalized guidance and career counseling from our experienced resources.
Responsibilities:
- Learn the fundamentals of project management
- Participate in planning various project operations.
- Communicate with all parties involved in the project.
- Learn to measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Identify and manage scope, cost, constraints, issues, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Adapt approaches based on project requirements.
- Take part in team meetings for project planning, sprint planning, account reviews, daily standups, etc.
- Participate in client-facing meetings for status updates and communications.
- Keep up to date on the latest trends and technologies.
What do you need to succeed?
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a relevant field. Only fresh or recently graduated candidates will be considered.
- Good grip on Software principles and fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of Software project management principles.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project life cycles in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Scrum, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and environment.
Soft Skill We Like to See:
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
