Web Developer

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, a passion for creating engaging user experiences, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize websites for performance. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver high-quality web solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Create visually appealing and functional websites using a combination of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies. Ensure responsive design across various devices and browsers.
Front-End Development: Implement and enhance user interfaces based on design specifications. Optimize web pages for speed and performance.
Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side applications, databases, and APIs. Ensure data integrity and security.
Collaboration: Work with designers, project managers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure cross-browser compatibility, functionality, and performance. Address and resolve any technical issues.
Maintenance: Perform regular updates, enhancements, and maintenance on existing websites to ensure they remain functional, secure, and up-to-date.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for web development processes, code, and system functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Ruby on Rails).
- Knowledge of web development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).
Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Familiarity with server management and deployment processes.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
