The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to grow Pied Piper Group's online presence and enhance brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative flair, in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving engagement, increasing followers, and improving overall brand perception through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Implement Social Media StrategyCreate, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives of Pied Piper Group.
  • Content Creation & ManagementPlan, create, and curate engaging content (images, videos, articles, etc.) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to build a consistent brand image.
  • Social Media CampaignsDesign and implement social media ad campaigns aimed at growing audience reach, driving traffic, and generating leads.
  • Engagement & Community ManagementEngage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner, and foster relationships with key influencers and partners in the industry.
  • Analytics & ReportingAnalyze performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay Updated on TrendsMonitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to keep the brand's online presence competitive and innovative.
  • Collaboration with TeamsWork closely with the design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all social channels and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role. Proven track record of managing social media accounts for brands.

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creativity in designing campaigns and developing engaging content.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and targeting methodsWorking Hours: 9pm to 5pm
