Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate weekly 1-hour wellness sessions (Sept–May) using Platinum Health's structured curriculum

  • Lead engaging group discussions, creative activities, and reflective journaling

  • Conduct one-on-one student check-ins to provide emotional support and referrals as needed

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment for adolescents

  • Collaborate with school staff and report progress to the Program Coordinator

  • Participate in training, feedback sessions, and impact evaluations

Qualifications

  • Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Experience working with adolescents in group or school settings

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and empathy skills

  • Culturally sensitive and passionate about youth mental health

  • Fluency in English and Urdu (regional languages a plus)
