Organize job fairs, networking events, and employer engagement activities.
Maintain a database of job openings and candidate profiles.
Provide resume-building and interview preparation support.
Track and report job placement outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build employer relationships and negotiate job placements.
Good organizational and administrative skills.
Familiarity with the local job market in Lahore.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portal platforms.
